I used meringue powder. I don’t understand. What’s the difference between pre-mix meringue.
@@yvonnegonzales2558 not sure what you mean with “pre-mixed” meringue. You need the Royal icing that is already ready to use. It has more ingredients than just meringue powder.
That is no way I followed instructions and my mixture looks like frosting. I don’t understand what I did wrong.
Can you use this in a piping bag to create custom designs?
The finished product is not a liquid consistency to be able to pipe with a bag. It’s more gelatinous and so it’s best for spreading

Made this but it's not very stretchy.. now I did make my own glucose as I couldn't find any, was this the reason its not stretchy?.. and is there anything I can now add to it to make it more plyable

Estoy por teléfono tratando de explicarle cómo hacer pastelillos de guayaba y como se le complicó a ella, decidí buscar un vídeo y este está perfecto. Yo lo que hago diferente es que pongo la pasta de guayaba en el horno microondas con un poco de agua por unos 20-30 segundos y se derrite. Solo tienes que mezclarla bien con un tenedor y la dejo enfriar un poco. Luego la utilizo para los pastelillos. Muchísimas gracias.

4 years with Cricut making just paper cake toppers, 3 machines now including cameo but crying when cutting fondant names with x-acto blade by hand 😢😢 THANK YOU to your videos no more crying!!!

If you let it dry on parchment paper or wax paper will it peel off like a royal icing transfer?
How does this work for you on practicing buttercream?
Hi @MorrisandApril, it’s the same concept. You can actually using packaging tape to hold the dummy cake down and frost as you would a normal cake.

Thank you for this! I have the old explorer where the settings are pretty much relying on the dial. If I cannot customize my setting like you did, what would be the closest setting I can set the dial to? Cardboard, thick paper, etc…?
Move your dial to custom and you will be able to select materials in the Design Space. As far as I'm aware, it applies to all machines with dial.
These bags are interesting. I would use a two single bags and fill each side.

I love your Matt I dea i def have to try it but I did purchased the correct Matt from icing images ETSY page but why do I move those rollers and then do I put them back to where they were, Im scared to move them
You have to move the rollers because when the mat goes through the machine, the rollers roll right over the fondant if you don’t move them.
